Congrats!! I have the exact dates as you! Got NOA1 last friday june 22 and dated june 18th on the notice. However still no signs of biometricts letter!! hopefully it will come next week!! good luck to

Is it normal for the uscis to duplicate emails and texts I just received the same text today the 26th as I received on the 23rd of july and now my update says the 26th of july for my I765 but july 23rd for I131 I would have thought I would have my card already as I see other VJ's get there's in 3 days after email, anyone else experience this?

it's normal! they do that sometimes to many ppl! no problem at all, you're fine!

Hi guys!

I sent my application package (I-485,130,131,765 through marriage with USC) on May 28th, and USCIS received it on June 4th. Then I got my biometrics done on June 26th, and I still haven't heard anything. Is it normal? It seems that many people who applied a month after me already got their EAD and AP card. I know it is all different case by case, but I wonder if there's other people who applied around same time as I did and still didn't get anything yet.

We sent ours off June 27th, and got a RFE. Just sent it back and they received it July 27th. We go for biometrics tomorrow here in Alexandria, VA. Any ideas how long until we interview and we get his residency? We're so ready to be done with this part of the process!

It takes 2-3 monts for the EAD/ AP, I didn't see many people who filed in July having it already!

Your case is all normal for now, and I would expect your EAD/AP during next month.

It depends a lot. If your case is transferred to CSC after your biometrics, it may take a long time, several months. If it's transferred to your local USCIS office, it can be relatively quick, like a month. So, wait and see. :-)

Your case is all normal for now, and I would expect your EAD/AP during next month.

Thank you for your reply. Hopely I get EAD card and AOS interview date notice anytime soon. Just waiting part is torturing like everyone. I see you already got your AOS interview date. Hope everything is fine for your interview. Let us know how it went through after having an interview.

EAD card Mailed but ill be away from home! When would the card actually get here? Wednesday july 25th received text/email card was under production. Yesterday at 6pm received the same tex/email. Today at 5 am received text/email card was mailed today to adress on file! Im so excited and anxious because illl be leaving thursday night and coming back next week and the mail where i live isnt so trustworthy there has been numerous incidents. Can it be possible ill receive the card by thursday night or when is it more realistic? Thanxz everyone for being there :-)

well its supposed to be within 90 days from filing not biometrics, from my experience my lawyer filed late may, did early walk in biometrics june 19 original date was july 5th, received card ordered email july 25th. hope i helped.

Thanks a lot. So pretty much the early walk-in didn't really matter huh? My husband tried walking in (10 days before actual appointment date) but was denied so he just waited for today (appointment date). Hope he receives it soon. I've noticed from other people's timeline that some have received their work permit 2 weeks after doing the biometrics.

No not in my case it didn't make a difference ! But it was one less thing to worry about!
