we filed last june 29, and acceptance letter came last july 5, but until now have'nt recieved my biometrics schedule.. what to do next??? :crying:

Wait. Some people receive their biometrics fast, some others faster, but in the even, mostly all biometrics appointment are about a month after receiving the NOA.

Not at all. The deal was to get married in the 90 days after entry, that's all. AOS can be filed anytime after getting married, and you are still legal on the country, even after those 90 days will be done. Many people have an AOS application pending, and it's been for example 6 months past their POE.

I am myself past my 90 days after POE, and completely legal here! :-)

Completed biomterics on July 14. July 18th received notification that case transferred to California Service center to "expedite processing." From VJ members in same situation, seems this transfer can actually not result in what one would consider expiditious!! We shall see... Continuing good luck to all here.

We have a very similar timeline!! Our case was also transfered to CSC and yeah, I heard they're very slow! Let's hope for the best!

received and email/text that my I765 approved card in production and my I131 travel doc was approved and a notice mailed to me on the 23rd of july, does anyone know what happens next?

Also if anyone knows does everyone that sent there package to the Chicago lock box get a transfer letter to California? if so I havent received one but I was approved for I765/I131 is this abnormal?

Nothing is wrong. Your EAD/AP was approved, you're even lucky. Some AOS cases get transferred to CSC, some others to their local office, no one can predict, just wait!

But now you can wait wait more peacefully, you can work and travel.

Dont I need the card 1st? I beleive the ead/ap are the same card is that correct?

Yeah, you need the EAD/AP card, but it should come very soon now.
