I have started a poll regarding K1 AOS transferred to CSC poll <-----click

Could anyone who are K1 and have filed AOS that was transferred to CSC please participate (approved or pending)? Hopefully this will give us some insight into the processing times...

It has been a long wait, but on Saturday, in the mail, received Permanent Resident Card!!!!!!!! kicking.gif Thank you VJ and all members here for help and support. Continuing good luck is wished to all June 2012 filers, and all those still waiting--hope this notice will give you some confidence that there is indeed an end in sight.

Just got the notice from USCIS! Green Card is in PRODUCTION! Woo!

AOS Journey

February 12, 2012 - Married legally!

May 5, 2012 - Finally get everything together to send AOS/AP/EAD in.

June 1, 2012 - NOA1 for AOS

June 26, 2012 - Transfer.... bah!

August 10, 2012 - EAD/AP Approved!

September 8, 2012 - Big fancy wedding

Still waiting on the GC

So it looks like green card is in production! Got a text today, checked the site and it's gone from 'initial review' to card/document production 'on May 3rd we ordered production of your new card' dancin5hr.gif

I filed end of June 2012.

No interview I guess then right? good.gif It was done through California service center.

Brando M. Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No interview for us, either (also a CSC transferee)--at least for now. From what we gather, seems like like there is a trend for GC-recepients who have had no interview prior to GC receipt to then have interview later associated with ROC (Removal Of Conditions). --RK&Inday

On May 20, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you.

For others who are waiting: I did Biometrics end of June, 2012. Just got Status update that my card is in production - 11 months later.
