It was not the muslim pharmacist. But rather a catholic in Illinois. He was fired from Walgreens and now is suing Walgreens. Get the story straight first.

This whole thread really makes me angry. I mean, who the hell does some jumped up little ####### behind a counter think he is to be able to tell customers he can't sell a drug or fill a script because it "contradicts his beliefs"?

They are, after all, HIS beliefs, not the customer's. In my eyes, his beliefs are irrelevant. The fact is his job is to dish out the drugs that people request; not preach that it is wrong. If he wants to do that...get another job doing something else. Preferably a street cleaner or something where he can ramble on to passers by as much as he wishes.

If it were up to me, I'd grab every bloody pill on his counter and ram it up his nostrils. :yes:

Because in some cases, the pharmacist is the one who owns the pharmacy and decides, like any other shopkeeper, what products to stock and sell.

Because in some cases, the pharmacist is the one who owns the pharmacy and decides, like any other shopkeeper, what products to stock and sell.

Not for over the counter medicines...which the morning after pill is.
