Interview Date! Traveling! Please Help! :-)

Hello,

My Fiance finally has an Interview scheduled. :dance: :dance: :dance: I want to fly to Nigeria so that I'm with him for moral support during that time. Do you know of any cheap airline websites I can use to purchase my ticket (USA to Nigeria). ASAP Tickets quoted me $1800.00 Round-Trip, which is very reasonable :thumbs:, but can I find cheaper than that? Thank you. :)

I made the mistake of booking my flight 2 weeks before I left to Senegal and it was $1875. Just for fun I decided to look up flights the week before I left and Delta had a flight for $1530! I could have died. Its different for international flights so sign up for alters and you will save some money.Good luck

06/02/2015-Called Service Center (still no NOA1) Service request found out wrong address on paperwork! :(

06/03/2015-Called to get address updated Ar11 online add change didnt work-got infopass for June 10th

06/10/2015-Went to info pass appt. Hubby got a 1yr. Extension stamp in his passport and biometrics done

08/12/2015-ROC Approved. Got letter in the mail.

08/29/2015-received new card in the mail.

I found a flight for about $750 but I just put in random airports...

More specific? Okay... I want to leave Tampa, Florida to arrive in Lagos, Nigeria. I want to purchase Round-Trip and I'm flexible with dates and times. Thanks.

I did a search on Delta.com for flights from Tampa to Lagos from 7/26/12 to 8/9/12, and it came up with $1404.00. This would be for a 14 hour flight with a 1 hour 22 minute layover in Atlanta where you would change planes.

Dec 01 - Dec 31, 2012 (you did say that you were VERY flexible).

Personally, I have never and will never pay over $1k for flights to Nigeria but you will have to search hard to get that rate.

Have a nice trip.

That's cool if you were going at Christmas time. :D I did a search at United.com for the same dates I mentioned in my previous post and it came up with $1309.00 with a 2 hour changeover in Houston, TX then on to Lagos....still not very bad at all.

Check out onetravel.com, cheapair.com and its always a good idea to check directly with the airlines. Tuesday is the cheapest day to buy. Something abt systems getting reloaded. Check it out get alerts to ur email and stay on it.
