Just getting set to mail off my two packets one for my wife and another for my stepson. now i realize that the documents we send in are specifically to do with the to do with the beneficiary and not so much to do with the petitioner. however that being said tell me if you see me missing anything from my document lists.

 Two (2) Passport Size Photographs of Beneficiary (NVC Case Number, beneficiary’s full name, and date of birth are written on back of both)

 DS-230 Part 1 completed and signed by beneficiary

 DS-230 Part 2 completed by beneficiary – unsigned, as of yet, per instructions

 Photocopy of the Biographic Data Page(s) of Beneficiary’s Passport

 Original/Certified Birth Certificate of beneficiary

 Court Custody Documents

 Original/Certified Marriage Certificate of ( Mother and Step father)

Wife

do I need to include copies of my divorce decrees? that i sent in at the USCIS stage?? any input would be appreciated

do I need to include copies of my divorce decrees? that i sent in at the USCIS stage?? any input would be appreciated

petitioner's divorce decrees, the certified copies, are presented on interview day at the IV Unit.

In other words - NOT submitted with the IV or AOS packets to NVC, at all.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
