im going to apply for my baby's u.s passport here in the philippines. my husband is there in u.s now and he cant come to process it. what are the requirements if i am the only one who will to go u.s embassy?thanks?

Basically the same CRBA requirement apply to all applicants and US Citizens , but in your case if only one parent will accompany the child to the embassy, the applying parent for the DS-11 (US passport) must submit a statement from the non-appearing parent consenting to the passport issuance or notarized Form DS-3053
