High fraud consulates require an extra effort. Any more evidence you can provide for the next time around? Affidavits from family/friends? Do your pictures include only yourselves or you and family members? Financial co-mingling is a huge one too

You can refile if you like

so you and your husband were at the interview together.

Can tell us some detail about the interview, questions asked, answers given, demeanor of interview officer.

Thanks in advance !

was it two seperate interviews - ie - same questions, maybe, but each of you interviewed seperately? Do you recall how long the questioning was ?

I promise to write up (or post the link) for what's gonna happen next with USCIS.

HAve you thought of moving to your Husbands country?

Sounds like it would be quicker and easier.

Ah the DR... blunt questioning.

Was your evidence front-loaded? If it is sent to NVC...consulate most likely has to view it...rather than the exercising an option of refusing it at your interview.

OP...I understand you are upset but the most important thing to remember is this advice from RYAN ..

When USCIS receives the file back, they can reaffirm the original approval or send you a Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR). If you receive an NOIR, you must respond to it and you must address the specific issues as to why the NOIR was sent. Failure to properly respond to an NOIR will result in a mark of misrepresentation being placed on the beneficiary and that will make him inadmissible to the US.

Personally,I would suggest delaying your protesting and concentrate on the next step.

At times I just feel like killing myself I always have suffer from depression and this is not helping thank god my husband is so calm and has alot of faith he has a way to talk to me all I want is to have him here by my side its so hard to have him so far not to long ago he was very sick and I was very upset because I couldnt be by his side

Sorry for the denial. I know that is very disappointing and disheartening, but making statements like this speak to a deeper personal issue. Depression in it's on right is hard to cope with without additional stressors. Have you thought of talking to a therapist or psychiatrist? You can't rely solely on your husband to pull you through and it's unhealthy to expect that.
