Yes we do admit that we got like 2 questions wrong but we are only human we do not have a memory chip in our brains and yes we took evidence which they didn't even bother to look at in phone calls alone we had close to 3 thousand calls a months because we speak to each other every 15 to 20 minutes and yes I'm 10 years older but that doesn't mean we arent a real couple I have seen people that get married falesely and they get approved like nothing its not fair

Don't understand what you mean please explain thank you

I moved your thread from one forum to another and included an explanation why I did so. There are no doubt other members of VJ who have been in a similar situation that you are in now (spouse denied visa by Embassy in DR). My rationale for placing your post in this regional forum is if other VJ members who have gone through a similar situation see your post, they can if they want to, share their experience with you so you will know what to expect.

When USCIS receives the file back, they can reaffirm the original approval or send you a Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR). If you receive an NOIR, you must respond to it and you must address the specific issues as to why the NOIR was sent. Failure to properly respond to an NOIR will result in a mark of misrepresentation being placed on the beneficiary and that will make him inadmissible to the US.

I guess the key piece of missing information is what these "like 2 questions" were. What might seem very minor to you may have raised major red flags for the consular officer.

If you don't feel comfortable discussing the details of those questions on the forum, that's fine, but you should probably have a consultation with an immigration attorney before proceeding.

Yes, what were the 'like 2 questions" you got wrong. If they were insignificant then there was something else in your file to raise alarms. If they were important questions, then you know what happened

FYI while I respect your right to peacefully protest, as I have done in the past, I do not believe it will help your case. You can refile if you like

Good luck

I am not clear why you are inviting people to go protest with you but you have not named a city, state, potential date, or even the country where you are currently located. I am also not clear on exactly what it is that you plan to protest. Will you carry signs or banners? What will they say?

I also don't understand why you believe that phone records are enough evidence. If 5 pages of that is legitimate, why would you take "3000 calls a month" of several months of pages that no interviewer would ever look at. Honestly, if someone expected me to read that, I would be less inclined to say "yes", too. You really need to have different kinds of evidence. This part of the process is not rocket science. If you are a legit couple, you WILL have more evidence that is of a variety.

Good luck.
