good.gifWhat Canadian Wife said.

The consulate must be notified and the error must be corrected ASAP, otherwise the beneficiary will not be able to travel to the US.

Welcome to the forum.

I agree with what others have said......Head back to consulate and get it corrected.

Please correct your timeline and profile. Your timeline and profile show "Texas Service Center." The Texas Service Center DOES NOT adjudicate K-1 visas. You likely mailed your initial K-1 petition to the Dallas TX Lockbox facility. That is NOT the Texas Service Center. Your I-797c, or other correspondence from USCIS will have a WAC (California Service Center) or EAC (Vermont Service Center) prefix followed by a bunch of numbers. That is what you should insert in your timeline and profile. Using the Texas Service Center tends to foul up the site's immigration timeline statistics. Help this site give good information for everyone.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
