what documents should my wife be ready of?

she already has the following

-Police clearance

-marriage cert from NSO

she will get her passport soon.

what should I be aware of in the NVC stage? what docs do I need? Thanx in advance!!

She should apply for a passport ASAP! DFA usually takes 6weeks or more (regular processing) or 2weeks or more (expedite processing, that is if DFA system is okay..

yes. NVC process start. Start calling NVC in the next 2 weeks for you case #. Now, you will send DS-3032. Gather your documents for the 1-864 and ds-230 and all payments

Wow....your petition approved in less than 4 months. Congratulations to you and your wife. I hope everything go fast for you in NVC.

My wife became happy and nervous that maybe we will also be approved soon. :yes:

Scheduling the medical exam is your wife's responsibility, you will need a Philippines specific answer in how to go about doing that.

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

This is exactly how I found out we were approved. I was looking for an email and text, but nothing. Just decided to put in my receipt number and there is was...approved. I don't know what is going on, but I received the NOA2 paper yesterday and my hubby and I are thrilled! As a side not, I accidentally posted my excitement in the wrong forum when I found out. I still can't figure out this site.
