How easy do you want? Kebab is always super easy. If you can find good lamb at your local market. But are you sure he doesn't want to eat his first real American meal? He's been eating Turkish his whole life. I made my husband Chicken Parmesean. lol

I love all kinds of food so anything is good in my book. Kebab is awesome. My wife made Chicken Parmesan for me when she visited me in Sweden last summer - it's super delish!

It all depends on how you look at it. For me personally I don't think it will matter much. After the flight, being tired and hungry, I will probably be ready to eat anything (aside from broccoli/cauliflower/mushrooms of course). We've been talking about going to a restaurant to celebrate. Last time I was in the US to visit my wife we went to The Cheesecake Factory, I may suggest that, to me it's kind of "our place" so to speak.

My wife has also talked about something called "white pizza" which I am curious to try.

In Pittsburgh they have a chain of restaurants called Primanti's. They make sandwiches with slaw and fries on. The locals apparently love it, but I was not blown away. It was good, but not the best thing ever.
