So I mailed my wife I-751 form off today.

I kept it simple and sweet. No photos of us or affidivats from friends.

-Copies of her's and mine Drive license

-Her Green Card (front and back)

-2010 and 2011 Tax Returns (GOOD EVIDENCE)

-Medical and dental information with random bills from doctor for 2011 and 2012 (GOOD EVIDENCE)

-Recent 401K statement with wife as beneficiary (GOOD EVIDENCE)

-Bank account statements from 2010 to 2012 (4 statements)(GOOD EVIDENCE)

-Macy card statments asscociate with bank statements showing we pay Macy from same Bank account

-A few bills with her name and my name on it

Anyone who looks at it should have not doubt that we are comingling and still living together.

The information is well organized and I am hoping for a fast approval without an interview.

I will update my progress as I receive it.

Interview - approved! 07/29/10 need to send in completed I-693 (doctor missed answering a couple of questions) - sent back same day

Approved 02/27/2013

Green card received 05/08/2013
