department of state sent the fiance visa back to uscis

JUNE1,2012 a uscis receive this case from the state department with request review.this is my first fiance case.uscis told me waith for 180 day for decision.if they some thing from they will let me know.what ur thing uscis going to do about this k1 visa case .i was approved on august last years.

Your petition was approved, but the visa denied, right? Your interview review says the interview was last October and that the CO denied the visa last February... Do you know why exactly?

Then formally withdraw that petition and work on your relationship and generate tons of different evidences. Then when ready, file again and hope for the best....

...OR....

Go and get married and file for a CR-1.....but...know that denial for relationship will still have to be overcome even if you become married.
