For the forms: 129-F & I-134

Should these be summited together or not together or does it even matter?

The I-134 is not mailed in with the I-129F petition. It is not needed until later in the process for the actual K-1 visa interview after the I-129F is approved already. Please read through the guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

I-129F is submitted along with other documents upon starting the petition the I-134 is sent after your NOA2 or the approval of the petition. Here's a link where you can find the list of what to send and when to send it :)

Good Luck on your journey :)

ugh! I've been preparing this package process & gone through the whole I-134 process too, but still lacking some supporting documents...Can we summit with 129-F Pkg? Would it make it go any faster? Or could it even slow it down?

If God be for us, no one can be against us!

You need to do as first two have said and as the 134 is a finance document that has to be as up to date as possible when requested after your NoA2

No, it does not help your I-129F petition at all. They do not care about your I-134. They are only looking to see that all the forms that are required to be with the petition are there and filled out properly, and that you are both free to marry and have proven you have met face-to-face within the 2 years prior to filing.

Focus on making sure you have everything you need for the I-129F petition, then focus on the I-134, supporting docs and other things you may need to send your fiance(e) during the months you will be waiting for an approval. The I-134 needs to be as up to date as possible when needed. So, go ahead and get a free 2011 tax transcript from the IRS, and fill out the I-134 form but do not date it until it is needed. Then, after you get approval on your petition, get the signed and dated letter from your employer and make copies of a few months worth of your most recent pay stubs.
