NVC Filers - June 2012

We received our acceptance email for the DS-3032 today. We sent the email on the 8th; we did send the email template found here on VJ. So plain emails without scanned pdf files seem to be perfectly acceptable. I think we should be invoiced in a day or so.

Thanks Vilya! Did you send DS-3032 email before your AOS bill invoice was generated (i.e. received an email from NVC about AOS invoice)?

Have AOS FEE BILL in the USCitizen's email inbox recently? great time to resend the ds-3032 email thingie (revisit the template link on the first post here)

So are you saying that NVC filters out email based on the condition that "No AOS Invoice for NVC case number = IGNORE ALL EMAILS" ? This seems very unlikely to me, but I totally puzzled if I should wait for few more days or what to do next.

No. Operators have no rights, but do have a priviledge to p|ss you off with the wrong information.

Same here but I did get the email. Did you check both email accts?

yup both, only my wife email add received the response.

I tried to login and got this message

But no email.

I also had system database error last night when I tried to login, but it seems to work fine now and I can login without any issues.

After DS-260 is completed and submitted can you email your civil documents right after or do you have to wait for an email and or confirmation from a NVC operator that the DS-260 accepted. One more question when scanning original civil documents were they scanned in color or black&white.

Yes, you can email the IV package right away. If you wait for NVC, you'll be waiting quite awhile.

Everything you scan should be in color otherwise you'll probably get a checklist.

Oh no!! I should get my case number within a couple of weeks... Any thoughts? Do you happen to know more or less how long that stuff takes?

Why wouldn't the foreign exclusion forms work?

Amenspanglish....I called NVC and they told me to send an explanation letter as to why I don't have W2s. I requested a transcript of my taxes and will send that in addition to an explanation. I'll let you know if that works out or not...

Oh yeah I was feeling the same last night. I remember that operator's name and her voice, so if I find her again on call then I will definitely freak out. I felt that every year I pay my total taxes more than poverty guideline income for my household size, and she is getting paid from my taxes to insult me :rofl:
