WOOHOO!! just got the interview appointment letter from NVC!! Haven't woken my wife yet to tell her, but I'm kind of wondering how upset she'll be....the date? Friday, July 13! I think this will take a LOT of convincing that things will go okay!

Wow you have Less Than a month! i paid my AOS then it's show IN PROCESS, login 1 hour after but payment status says NOT PAID! Confused

so my hubby called nvc last night re:ds3032 acceptane, he was told to wait for 5-10 business days..

but hey i got an email from nvc today ds3032 has been accepted and looks like they're about to invoice my IV fee since the IV fee info is totally blank now:) woot woot

Wow you have Less Than a month! i paid my AOS then it's show IN PROCESS, login 1 hour after but payment status says NOT PAID! Confused

Don't panic. I paid mine yesterday and it reflected on my bank account as "pending" transaction today morning, then NVC portal moved status to "PAID" around 1pm. Give them 1 to 2 days and you should be fine.

As soon as we have the MNL case number, I think. But I'm not going for medicals until about a week before our interview date - to save up on plane fare.

Here are the requirements for SLEC:

-Valid passport

-Photocopy of Passport Biographic/Data Page, the page in the passport that contains the applicant's photo and information

-4 pieces recent 2x2 visa photos

-Appointment letter from the Embassy or Instruction letter from the National Visa Center (NVC), if available,

-2 photocopies of your Appointment Letter/ Instruction Letter

And take note, you CANNOT have your medical if you have your period.

Also, you can register on-line, but it will still be on a first-come first-served basis when you get there. Registering online just cuts the waiting time for filling out forms. Here's the link: http://www.slec.ph/us/registration/

My payment was rejected, I dont know why, paid again this time there is a transaction ID and now IN PROCESS

Oooops! Did you fill in incorrect routing and account number by mistake? Or was it a browser issue? I used IE but heard many people faced weird issues with Firefox.

Maybe I did put saving instead of Checking . . cant wait to buy a ticket lol, need to request a vacation first hehe . .
