Hey...this happened to me too...it felt like forever! What I did was, email it (several times) and also sent it via snail mail. Am no expert, but I'd say give it til the end of the week and see if you get an acceptance. If not, start calling them and speak with a supervisor. I had to speak with one before it finally was accepted. Not sure if this helps any, but that's how my situation went. Good luck and I hope its accepted soon!

We are doing a consular report of birth! I've been on the phone with them quite a few times and they know they messed up, but they still say it'll take around 3 weeks to get the passport after all the paperwork is in. But they have promised to try and hurry things up. I'm gonna be nervous until the day that passport arrives! It would suck to miss our flight to Alaska because of something we didn't cause.. :bonk:

Thanks Saylin, all fingers crossed are appreciated!

We've had a tough couple months behind us, I spent almost all my time at the hospital, I almost lost my mum but thanks to good doctors and a miracle she pulled through! I actually belived that things had turned for us now and we'd have a smooth journey from now on but no.... There is always something to worry about!

I really hope they work as fast as possible on your case as it was their fault in the first place!

After this fiasco is over, it'll be smooth sailing for you ;)

Hi People how ru? tomorrow will be my turn....

Good luck tomorrow Rujby!

Have you called NVC and asked if your DS-3032 was added to your casefile? Have you been logging onto the payment portal to see if the IV bill has been invoiced?

I know I hate doing any legal or business thing with them. Nothing can be simple and they have a holiday in every month. the sad thing is my family thinks that normal, well i guess it was to me also until i moved to the US and learnt that my Former country is still where Cave men live.

I dont know if I can send the IV package before my AOS package? Can I?

The IV package is already invoiced, my DS 3032 was accepted too. But i had a problem with my AOS fee, it was rejected.

I paid again now for real, but since I need a co-sponsor my package its not even with my father in law (it's in the post office yet)

Also he said he wants to consult an immigrant lawyer before sending our AOS package cos he is concern about the contract...

So Can I send my IV package since I have it almost ready? and Send the AOS package after?

that way I gain some time and I can have at least the part done.

Thank you guys!
