I felt kind of being left behind for still not having interview date !!!, congrats to those got the date!

I smell that somethings changed up at NVC. No clue what it is, for EP casefiles headed to Guangzhou.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

It took me exactly one week from CC to interview date assigned

The poster who asked that question went through a country where both EP and online forms are not available.

Yes that's correct. Is there a problem with asking a question out of curiosity? Or are you going to "ban" me or "tell me" what I can ask or what I can't?

July 9 at 8:30 am!

What a huge weight lifted...

Horray!!!

And another one! Congrats! kicking.gif

Hey Saylin my birthday is on Oct 10 also!!

I tried to do the DS-261 today and it would not let me. I called NVC and they said it wasnt ready yet because how i just got my case number today. So how long does it usually take for the ONLINE FORM PORTAL to give access?

Cool, we have the same birthday!

For me, it took one business day from getting my case number to being able to log into the form portal, so you should be able to log into it this week. Just keep trying, you'll get in soon.

Yes that's correct. Is there a problem with asking a question out of curiosity? Or are you going to "ban" me or "tell me" what I can ask or what I can't?

That reply was not directed at you, it was directed at the posters who correctly answered your question regarding the acronym but tagged on extra information that was not applicable to your situation. I only did it for informational purposes as their replies would indicate that the acronym you were asking about only came into play in a certain circumstance(s).

Also, I don't have any authority to ban anybody or tell anybody what questions they can or can't ask.

Hi guys.

I know that I'm not waiting on IR-1/CR-1 visa but since not many people that are in EB2 category are applying for CP, I decided that your process is closest to mine. I got my I-140 approval on April 23rd, after 3 weeks my case wasn't at NVC so I emailed NVCresearch and in 3 days my case was send to NVC. My little problem is that I called one day and they told me the case was received on May 21st. I called the next day and they told me my case was received on May 24th. Still no case #. For the past week I got different replies on when my case was received - either May 21st or May 24th. I've seen couple of people from May 21st got their case number and was wondering if there is anybody that has a May 24th received date.

Sorry for the intrusion

You gonna write the IV Unit at the Embassy, ask for an earlier interview date? Hurts nothing to try ;)

I went to the doctors, but I did take 3 shot of buble flavour Vodka (yummm altho im not a drinker) that was my celebration.

I asked my hubby and he said that he's a big boy and he can do the interview on his own, he doesnt want to change the date cus he wants no mistakes. it's hard cus ive been here step by step thur all this n now i have to hand it over to him. But i have to put faith in him i know he can handle it. i have all the documnets so now im going to lable everything and mail it down.

I layed in my bed last night and then it hit me.... i dont have ne where to put his stuff so i guess id take the money i was going to spend for the ticket and buy bedroom furniture.

the tables have turned, now i would be the one picking him up on the airport, (butterflies) i cant wait!!!!!!! but in the mean while im gonna clean my house top to bottom and paint, make it perfect :) u swear it's christmas at my house
