Hello people how r u guys doing? I see there are some great progress during my absence. I'm so happy...my interview is for next tuesday. I was sick that is why I was offline most of th time. Thanks God I'm fine now!

Hello guys,

I was wondering if my DS3032 can be accepted even before I send my AOS package?

Cos i need to send my package to my father in law first, he needs to put some docs and then send to NVC.

But I already sent the DS3032 last May 31.

Can it be accepted before my package gets there?

Call NVC now!!! I got my interview date!!! July 22!!! Woo Hoo!!! OMG!

The ds3032 and aos have nothing to do with each other. Except that they belong to the same case.

I can possibbly happen if NVC is fast :thumbs: And if you are lucky your Iv bill can be generated and paid by you in the mean time and you can send both Aos & Iv package together to NVC :)

So...since case complete I have not called NVC or DOS for an interview date and was not planning to either until the end of the week...but decided, what the heck?

I called DOS first and to my surprise, she said "your husband is scheduled for an interview on July 23rd @ 8:30 am".

I asked her if she knew when it was assigned, but she said she didn't know. I was just curious because I been checking my email like a million times a day since case complete and nothing...

Still, relieved to finally have a date and looking forward to the end of this visa process (although we'll still have to do ROC, but @ least we'll have a break, LOL.)

4/15/2012 - Emailed DS-3032---->received auto response

4/17/2012 - AOS bill received & paid

4/18/2012 - AOS shows as PAID

4/19/2012 - AOS package mailed

4/20/2012 - AOS package delivered to NVC

4/23/2012 - AOS package accepted

4/23/2012 - Checklist received for DS-3032

4/23/2012 - DS-3032 emailed again---->received auto response

4/30/2012 - DS-3032 hard copy mailed

5/01/2012 - Received response about DS-3032 emailed on 4/23/2012, but not an actual acceptance...WTH?

Call DOS and they might surprise you. I just got mine 2nd July.

Called DOS already nuthing for me right now, she actually sound upset that i was calling them and said i shouldn't call them until NVC is done with me. Did you get an email? Some say the email comes in a few hours and some has their date and no email yet.

i wish mine to be the 1st week of July too

May 2014- Husband is an American Solider with his US Citizenship.
