I have been waiting for 61 days as of today for my EAD/AP to be approved and I had my biometrics completed on May 1, 2012. So as of tomorrow I will have been waiting for a month from that date and still nothing. It can take up to 3 months to be approved and your card mailed to you.

I hear you, I filed my AOS/EAD/AP on March 30, 2012. Had my biometrics on May 1, 2012 and nothing has been done with mine either. People who have sent in their petitions in April have already been approved and have received their EAD/AP cards. Very disheartening sitting here day in and day out waiting for an email/text message that it has been approved while people who filed after me in April have already been approved, received their cards and are now working. 66 days and counting now for me. :(

Yes its very frustrating, its like they forgot about some cases, every time my phone email n text alert goes off I think its a msg about my case only to be disappointed

You filled in your timeline but I'm not sure you did it right. If you look at your I-797C which says "I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status" at the top, what is the notice date? You have put it as 05/16, but that is not possible if your biometrics appointment was on 05/18.

Its suppose to be 04/16

Make sure you go back and change that using the instructions I gave you in the other post. :)

You need to allow 60-90 days from your NOA1 date, your EAD NOA1 date says 04-17, which is only 1 month and 3 weeks. Expect nothing for another 1 month, if it arrives before that date then it will be a pleasant surprise!

Yeah, it sucks. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it. :( Try and find some things to occupy yourself in the meantime or you'll drive yourself nuts!

so it is 60-90 days from filing or 60-90 from the Biometrics appointment?

I have filed for mine on April 13 2012 and got Biometrics done June 4th 2012.. Was wondering, when should I expect my own EAD...
