Thanks God Gary your back!your really a big help here in vj , and thanks God you are free now in a bad habit like smoking! always remember God is always with us , He will never leave us nor forsake us! stick with the Lord and He give you the signs and wonder "Now, more than ever, is the time to “grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18). One of the greatest needs today is for believers to be strong in faith and wisdom. Jesus said, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father” (John 14:12). hope this words of wisdom will helps you to be strong, and live by faith. All things are posible to GOd to those who believe...All things works together for good!!!! Good luck to you and to Luz.. God Bless us All

Well, yeah, I think he KNOWS that. He wasn't implying it WAS. I fully agree with him. This is a thread about Gary coming back and explaining the reasons for his departure.

Then someone comes along and posts a "lovely" message about how Jesus loves him and that. The point trying to be made here was that why is there a need for an in depth post about Jesus, in a thread about anti-smoking drugs and a bad medical reaction to it?

There isn't.

But, hey...this is JUST MY OPINION, so don't go posting your big bold 20 size font at me

You're welcome to look it up. It's actually completely different from Prozac.

As a health professional I don't need this correction - I did NOT say Wellbutrin IS Prozac, did I? I said it's no different, ie SIDE EFFECTS!

He/She was not "being nice". Posting "scripture" that has no bearing on anything discussed is not being nice; it's preaching. It's also making a big assumption about Gary and his beliefs.

I don't think the religious stuff was preaching, but that's just my .02. Gary is free to ignore it, but I think the intent was clearly one of encouragement and support and not preachy-preachy....so if it's not everyone's cup of tea, just ignore it.....
