Hello everyone here at Visajourney, :help:

i would like to share few about my case... we denied on March 19, 2012 form I-485, and my working & Travel documents are denied too because we haven't send it in a proper time of the two documents that they asking (tax) because of my husband CPA was working on his Taxes for 2011...

So we filed a Motion to Reopen our case with a brief paper Tax & IRS with fees $650. we waited for 2 months and recently we received RFE which my signature need and we mailed it next day... We been keep waiting and waiting and i have no idea what will be the next step? it is very frustrating to my and my husband because we need to go back to my Country Philippines to see my father that is fighting for cancer Stage 4.

Anyone can tell and experience like our case and how long does it takes for us to be Approved? and also what is next step?

Anything comments are appreciated...

no idea how long it will take sorry. I would assume you're back at the start of the waiting line so 6 months from filing the appeal would be my guess.

She said she filed a motion, not an appeal.

I'm looking for an answer on a similar case ):
