25th Apr Our 5 months was up.

10th May Called and raised service request, told to wait 15 days and call back. (got no email confirmation)

25th May Called back, told to email vsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov wait 21 days for reply then email SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov then wait further 10 days before calling on the phone again.

30th May case status checked, changed to PDA

I'm not sure if calling made any difference or not, no way to tell.

But if your 5 months is up, I would say get dialling

Wow!!!! Your patience is quite admirable. My timeline would for sure include a mental breakdown in there! Congratulations on your NOA2 and feel confident knowing that everything will move much faster now.

You don't have to answer, but I'm trying to figure out the reason for your delay - was there anything weird or noteworthy about your case like a criminal history, prior K1s/I-129Fs filed, lots of divorce records or something?

Thanks, the last few weeks have been difficult, not knowing when is torture especially when peeps keep asking.

We did hit a wall once we had overtaken the VJ timeline estimates.

I was fine, Lee was getting paranoid, not easy to deal with from a distance.

As for why, who knows for sure, nothing to hide here.

No dodgy history, no overstays or previous K1's but we have both been married twice before, both of hers were US military so moved around a lot.

Would only be guessing that this would be the reason, but seriously, 187 days for that??

To be honest today has been more disbelief and then relief that this stage at least is over, than anything else.

I do wish everyone else still waiting the best of luck.
