Same question has been posted, but I'm waiting for longer. So I had biometric taken on April 13, btw that was Friday.

After 6 weeks no interview letter. No single update on the USCIS web site since March 5th that they accepted my case.

I also called FBI and they said that biometrics were cleared on the same date.

Called USCIS, but nothing new.

Scheduled info pass.

Congratulation for your GC!

From you signature I can see that in your case everything went superb. I sent my package just 4 days later than you and had biometrics 11 days later, and the major difference is that I don't see any update online in my case, which isn't reliable anyway.

Thanks people!

I'm trying to be relaxed, just don't like that June is now coming and that I'm finishing soon my PhD, so having a green card will mean a lot.

What exactly do you need the GC for? Are you trying to work? Or to travel outside of the U.S.? You should have submitted I-131 and I-765 with your I-485 to obtain an EAD/advance parole. You haven't filled out your timeline so I can't tell if you have.

If you're worried about going out of status on an F1 because you are graduating, don't worry because applying to adjust status puts your current lawful status on hold anyway.

Be patient! Your case in still on normal timeline.

After Biometrics, I have waited for around 60 days to get email/text about my EAD approval and around 77 days for the interview notice.

What center is close to you? It is possible that the USCIS center that is proceeding your AOS is very busy.

I'm sure you will hear something soon.

Good luck! (F) (F) (F)

I'm on F1 and I know that doing AOS will put me on hold, but I have to start post-doc in the Fall and it just makes me worried since I don't know how that will go if all this prolongs.

I haven't filled I-131 and I-765 with I-485, since from forums I got impression that it takes a about a month to get an interview letter.

Wow 77 days! I can't imagine how did you feel waiting for all that time. The closest center is Memphis TN, but my case is currently in Lee's Summit MO. I have no idea why.

Thanks for your reply. Now I'm definitively more relaxed :)

Ok, if "Lee's Summit" means that I got RFE then it must be related to KCC in Kentucky, now things are getting clearer. I have got 10 days ago an email from KCC to explain why I have a case of 2 and only one person is doing AOS (this is regarding DV fee payment). I have sent explanation on the same day to KCC. Now not going into details that somebody in KCC screwed up thing in the first place since from my paperwork sent to KCC many months ago that should be clear, how things will develop now?

From what I was told speaking with KCC, KCC sends DV fee payment confirmation to USCIS only when USCIS requests for it.
