Part 3, Ques 9: This question does n't apply to me. Do I put N/A or None or leave it blank??

Ques 24 b: I am the sole sponsor. I am not using income from any other person .....

Should I leave this blank or type N/A or None

Part 7 Ques 26 . Your assests(optional)

Create VJ timeline, so others can follow your immigration status from timeline.

If all three of the following are true, then you should file I-864EZ instead of I-864 form. From your questions I am thinking you are using I-864 instead of simplified version I-864EZ document.

1. You filed a Form I-130 petition, for your relative

2. There is only one applicant on the Form I-130 petition, and

3. All your qualifying income comes from a salary or pension and shows on one or more W-2 Forms that you receive

If you still want to use I-864, then you may use it. All above three questions apply true for me and I am using I-864EZ form.

Answers inline for your questions.

Part 2 Ques 6 and 7

Can I put N/A for Alien # and SSN # or leave it blank for beneficiary (doesn't have A# or SSN#)

N/A is fine just to be safe.

Part 3, Ques 9: This question does n't apply to me. Do I put N/A or None or leave it blank??

Yes put N/A

Ques 24 b: I am the sole sponsor. I am not using income from any other person .....

Should I leave this blank or type N/A or None

number written in "a" and "c" will match in your case, so it's upto you if you want to write N/A or leave it blank. N/A should not create any issue.

Part 7 Ques 26 . Your assests(optional)

I have enough annual income so I don't to show savings and checking accounts balance, house net cash value.

Can I leave these lines blank or need to fill N/A or 0.00 or None?

Blank (You are not required to complete Part 7 if 24c exceeds poverty guidelines)

Thanks.
