Hi All,

I'm going to the states on a approved K1 and will be POE'ing in the 2nd week of June. We are getting married on June 22nd and have just purchased a house. Our closing date will be July 1st. I need to know when to file my address change (AR-11). Should I do it at the same time as filing our AOS?

Should the AOS show our new address even though we will be at my fiancee's house for only 3 weeks before moving?

The reason that I am asking is if we file the AR11 first and haven't filed the AOS I'm worried that this might cause problems. Also, when we file the AOS it will have a different address than our K1 petition.

Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions?

Arrrghhh..this is enough to make my head hurt :bonk:

You're required to let USCIS know where you're residing. If you're moving there on July 1st, you should be telling them on July 1st, or reasonably close to that date. Its no problem changing addresses even if you're in the middle of a process.
