Good morning, I filed a I-129f which got denied for lack of supporting evidence. While we were waiting for the decision I figured and be proactive and my Fiancee at the time got a Passport. We just got married last month. My questions is as follows. Is she going to need another passport? being that the name change? common sense says yes. But just wanted to confirm.

Thanks in advance

Name change, what name change? Oh, the fact that she got married does not mean she has to take the husband's name. It is one of those traditions that most people follow. She can keep her passport and do all airline tickets in her maiden name and she can even do the IR-1/CR-1 visa in her married name. The GC will be in her married name and the passport will be in her maiden name, just like a lot of K-1 visa holders. Unless getting a passport in her marreid name is easy and not too expensive, you can do that so all documentation matches, but it is up to you and her as to what name she wants to go by--this is a personal decision that has a lot of tradition associated with it, but there is no place that states the wife MUST take the husband's name. For a change, why don't you take her lastname. . JK.

Good luck,

Dave

Nothing to do with K-1 process or procedures as the OP is married. Moving to General immigration questions.
