Start checking out flights from Kiev to your closest international airport. You will probably need her to make a connection some where in Europe. Don't book the flight until you know all the documents are in her possession, the packets are completely filled out, all translations are completed and certified and you have an appointment date. The NVC can move pretty quickly when they want to. By the time you receive the approval in the mail the NVC could already be done and the case sent to Kiev.

I recommend that you schedule the flight about two weeks after the interview to give her plenty of time to get her visa and say her good byes. It takes the embassy in Kiev about a week to send out the actual visa in her passport.

Congratulations, you are going to have a lovely adventure in about 1 1/2 months.

Ok, out of extreme boredom I started reading matako's previous posts. Pretty comic stuff. Now, my questions about this he/she with pictures having a sexual encunter with his/her AIDS patient SO who was from the Ukraine and now lives in Mozambique is, is this same person who was wondering if they could get approved in two days even though they're still married to someone else, just because they're a USC and the USCIS should drop and bend for any USC who submits and application?

I think the admin of this board should check the range of IP address these 'two people' connect from, and if in fact it's the same person, block them in the firewall Better yet, if he is just some zit faced geeky teenager, report him to the ISP and let his parents deal with him, (in addition to the block).

Well, trolls are trolls, that's what they do, because they have no lives. You can rest assured that IT trolls other sites when it's not trolling here, and probably already has several complaints to its ISP. If the ISP gets enough complaints, they'll terminate its internet service.
