Thank you for the reply we will try do that?te lady who work for Uscis ,told to my fiancee to send them letter with copy of the us consualt's letter ,in this letter my faincee should ask them extend our petition to eb review by Uscis

Unfortunately, thereʻs not much you can do when the K-1 isnʻt approved and then sent back to the USCIS. K-1s expire after 6 months, and the only thing to do really is to re-file the I-129f from scratch or get married and file an I-130 for a CR-1 visa.

Either way, the most important thing is that you really take a moment to completely understand what went wrong at the interview. Whether the CO was just a ####### or your fiance screwed up, youʻll have to overcome whatever went wrong at the previous interview.

Certain consulates (especially in parts of Africa and the Middle East) require a very high amount of proof of ongoing relationship to approve the K-1. If you have certain red flags, youʻll need to really gather up evidence. Red flags could be anything from big age gap (Especially if the USC woman is much older than the foreign man), limited in-person meetings, suspicious money transfers etc. Also, anything that would render your relationship socially unacceptable somehow in the beneficiaryʻs country.

My Only red Flags is ,i was engaged to us woman before but we broke . The question is how come My 129F expired in only 2 months as my interview was in March & the letter we got from uscis that said our petition was expired was in May .
