Hi Fellow VJs

I am gathering the package to send to my fiancee. My friend is going home and offered to deliver my package to my fiancee. My question is, is is ok if all the documents including affidavit of support I-134 letter of intent and other documents are dated as of today? My concern is there is no interview date is set and even my fiancee has not been contacted by the embassy, but I want to send the I-129F package along with the new pacakge since my friend is going there. Please help!!!

Many of the supporting documents for the I-134 are somewhat time-sensitive and need to be recent. If old records are used, an RFE may result. As a result, generally start I-134 after receiving your NOA2.

Good luck on your visa journey.

I did receive my NOA2 last month. My case is not forwarded to the embassy, however, we have not receive a packgage from the embassy yet. My I-129F has been approved.
