I've been waiting for this day for what feels like forever now. But I can finally say I got my NOA2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

113 days through CSC, no expedite, just regular processing of a DIY petition.

Up until yesterday I kept seeing people with their approvals saying "don't worry it'll come"

I can now say don't lose hope guys, your NOA2s are coming!!

01/26/12 - NOA1 received and processing at Vermont.

06/28/12 - NOA2 announced on status check.

06/29/12 - NVC received case learned on 07/2/12.

06/30/12 - Hard copy NOA2 received.

07/09/12 - NVC Casefile Number and IIN Issued.

07/16/12 - Receive and Sent DS-3032 via email.

07/17/12 - Mailed DS-3032 via mail, AOS bill received via email, paid online, Optin email sent.

07/18/12 - Optin accepted and new case number, AOS marked paid, emailed AOS packet.

07/24/12 - Assigned as Agent, IV Fee bill received via email, paid online.

07/25/12 - IV Fee marked paid, emailed IV packet.

05/16/13 - Arrived at GUZ and impromptu notice on the front it was closed.

why would we lose hope? besides, your case was average with no snags. after sending in the I130 Packet, all you had to do was sit back and wait.

now if it goes over 6 months... that's another story. I hope mine goes just like yours but maybe a month sooner!

Thanks guys! Couldn't have done it RFE-less without all you wonderful VJers. CSC seems to be approving a lot of petitions today.

same here... most likely would end up with an RFE if it was not for VJ and a few other imigration forums. And even a free Lawyer consultation helped!

and just reading the I-130 / 325A helped!
