hi.. were starting to complete our documents needed for CR 1 visa.. i have a question what name do you usually put in the G-325 form? is it my maiden name? or my new last name? and will i put my maiden name on previous names? tnx so much

If you are going with your married name, as in you shortly intend to change your documentation including your passport, then put your married name and your maiden name in 'other names used'

It doesn't make any difference. The name in the Philippine passport presented to St Lukes will be the name the

visa is issued in.

Our name used.

I130 submission - Name Submitted = Married Name

USCIS name = Married Name

NVC submitted PI passport copy with maiden name

USCIS changed name on paperwork to maiden name

ST Lukes submitted New PI passport with married name

USCIS changed name on paperwork to married name

Consulate issued visa in the married name...
