I have just recieved my I-129F, but the problem i have is that my fionce in india does not have a passport and the process in india to make a passport is very long. When does my fionce need to have a passport in her hands by? NOA2? or by the interview date?

thanks in advance for you VJ'ers advice and comments

Ya she should have it by the interview, i was just panicing because i though she may need it when she submits her documents after i recieve NOA2

I would have her apply ASAP. Things in India take time. You may be even be ask for bribe money.

she has applied already, its just a weird situation she is in, once i get there next week i will have to str8en out everything..as long as i have time untill the interview to have her passport then i will be ok, but she needs it before the interview then someone please let me know
