Hello everyone, 38 days has already passed and my fiance(e) and I got married 2 weeks ago. Our financial situation as this time is quite rough to start on her Adjustment of Status because we need to come up with 1k dollars for just the application process itself. Is it okay to wait for another month to file for her Adjustment of Status or how soon do we need to file? Because as this moment we're still settling in to our new place here in Guam and I need to catch up on things to get everything squared away. I know the sooner the better but is there like a deadline on applying for Adjustment of Status (AOS).. Thank you guys and your help will greatly appreciated. thank you very much.

No problem. The deal was to get married in the 90 days after arrival, you did so it's good. There's no deadline on filing for AOS but the longer you wait, and the longer your fiance doesn't have any EAD/AP or green card and so can't work or travel out of the US freely. :)
