Me and my husband just recently got married a couple of days ago and now we are trying to figure out what visa/forms we should be filling out. He came on a visitors visa and it expires in June. I don’t know what to do I don't want him to be deported or banned, but I don’t want him to have to return to his home country either what can we do, is their anything we can do?

We have filled out the I-130, 2 G-325A,G-1145 and the I-864. We will hopefully have all the supporting documentation to go along with the I-130 by the end of the week.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

**** Moving from CR-1 visa to AOS from tourist visa as OP and husband are both in the USA ****

OP, your husband does not need a visa as he is already in the USA. Assuming he had no immigrant intent when he entered the USA, there won;t be any problem him Adjusting Status. See this guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2

Plus I-131 for advance parole if he wants to be able to travel outside the U.S. before he becomes a lawful permanent resident. If he departs without advance parole and before obtaining lawful permanent residence, his application for adjustment will be cancelled and he won't be able to return to the U.S.

A slight quibble: spouse-petitioners always fill out I-864, even if they need to get another co-sponsor to fill out an additional I-864.
