Hey everybody

I need help... my wife and I are about to send our Aos package, but we dont know where to send it..? ive heard that ALL Aos is to be sent to the Chicago lockbox...? is that true ?

we live in Pittsburgh if that helps..

Did you read the instructions? because it clearly lists where to send the AOS package. If you have not read them you should read them. You may have missed other very important information just like the mailing address.

Where you live has absolutely nothing to do with anything.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I did read the instructions ! and it says if you live in Pennsylvania send to the Dallas office, but then i read something about it beeing Chicago so thats why im confused

Did you read the instructions? because it clearly lists where to send the AOS package. If you have not read them you should read them. You may have missed other very important information just like the mailing address.

You read in the wrong place. Look again. If you missed that, you probably missed a lot of other things.

8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

It very clearly states where to send it if you are adjusting status.

Read the instructions CAREFULLY. It says if you are adjusting status, to send it to Chicago. It even gives you a list of who is eligible to file in Chicago and on that list is K1 with I-129F approvals.
