oh God bad news for New Yorkers :(

as of July 31st they're handling Feb 09 :(

i have been inline for interview since july 27th and its been almost 50days and i hear nothing.

this is absolutley frustrating.

anybody with any thoughts ?

06/06/2011 - NOA receipt date

06/09/2011 - Check cashed

06/10/2011 - NOA arrived in the mail

06/29/2011 - Early Biometrics

02/15/2012 - Baby Boy Born

03/13/2012 - Approved

03/21/2012 - Card Received

hi everyone

I have a question for people who got there interview letter , i wanted to know weather the IL letter come from the local office or it come Lee summit MO NBC. Hope fully i will get a answer....:):thumbs:

i am trying to being patience :unsure: waiting for the IL ...:)

My interview letter came from Lee's Summit office (zip code 64063).

The return address on my interview letter says Lee's Summit 64002 but the zip code on the post mark says 64063.

N-400 Journey

June 9th 2012 - Application sent

June 14th 2012 - NOA sent

June 28th - Biometrics letter sent -- July 26th Appointment date

July 12th 2012 - Early Biometrics/Walk-in

August ( ) - Interview letter received -- September 14th Interview date

September 14th 2012 - Interview! Oath date in hand, September 20th @ noon!

Hi guys like toa i am in buffalo office. i asked earlier the same question and it is interesting how toa's came from missuri while another's person came from their local office. I still waiting for the IL i wonder how long it will get.

Coloso, I called about 3 weeks after I had my finger print done. Tier 2 IO told me I should be placed in line for interview about 30 - 45 days. About a week later, I was placed in line for interview and then 2 days later the interview was scheduled. I got the letter 3 days after that. You should call. Good luck.

I called 50 days after my fp and was told they will send an email to USCIS and to allow 14 days, that was on 09/01 and I was scheduled on 09/07. Per the receipt you have, it tells you to call if you haven't heard anything in 30 days.

10-23-2013 - Sent to NSC (60 days the most to approval) (praying)
11-13-2013 - NOA2. Approved!!!!!!??????

11-19-2013 - NOA2 hardcopy receved

NVC
11-18-2013 - Shipped to NVC

12-09-2013 - Received by NVC

12-23-2013 - Entered in system

01-07-2014 - DS-261 completed online

01-08-2014 - AOS paid

01-16-2014 - Expedite service requested

01-19-2014 - Paid IV bill

01-23-2014 - NVC requested phone number for applicant to complete expedite request

01-23-2014 - IV paid

01-30-2014 - Expedite request approved (awaiting email instructions)

02-03-2014 - Expedite approval received in the mail

02-04-2014 - AOS and IV package sent to supervisor (MIL's sent for regular processing)

I would not rely on their monthly updates, totally not what is really happening.

Cincinnati for ex, shows they are processing FEB 28 (as of Sept 13), but the fact is, I know of 3 having their oath cermony next thrusday and they are all May filers.

Me also, my Interview is after a week and hopefully a cermony within a month.

I seriously started to doubt their timelines and these tables they put.
