Hehe! Wait and see! You may get your letter soon and have your interview earlier than me! =)

Wow I didnt know about the girl from May. I guess my process is going at a good rate.

I am not too happy about going to Detroit, its a little far from me but its worth it.

Will let you know how it goes. good.gifOh and I will definitely vote if I have the chance. One vote can make a difference! =)

She is not a VJ-member. But she got her invitation yesterday night too, her interview at September 26.

Did your online status changed? How much you have to drive to Detroit? To me it is 3 hours...

Soon enough you will get your letter :).

I got mine 08/24 and inside it it said I was schedule on 08/20 for an interview on Sep 25.

My online status was showing intial review till yesterday.

Just today my online status changed to scheduled for interview. lol

Just got a text message about a status update...at 9:30 pm..I already checked my status online around 6pm today... So I logged in and...

On August 28, 2012, your N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION was scheduled for interview. You will receive a notice with a time and place for your interview.....

07/26/07 - received Visa from Montreal (should have received 07/24)

07/26/07 - POE Buffalo, NY (Peace Bridge) .. No EAD stamp

07/27/07 - Beautiful marriage .. now you may call me Mrs. :)

07/28/07 - Filed AOS,EAD, and AP for me and AOS and AP for my son via UPS .. received 08/01

08/16/07 - applied for ssn

11/07/07 - AP approved and received 11/12/07 :)

11/19/07- EAD approved online and received same day (actual approval 11/07/07) :)

I do not know really, I think it will depend big time on the office. For sure offices that give oath within the same day/week/ month would be able to register to vote.

Most of us got interviews within the last 10 days of Sept. This leave us a month shy of the elections.........uhm..........I don't know!!

I was wondering the same.

I've been in line for interview scheduling since 7/30. When I check my status online it also says that if I don't receive IL within 30 days of July 30, to call the 800 number. It's day 31, so I called. Spent 20 minutes on the phone, only to be given a reference number. I was told my query is being forwarded to the field office, and they have 15 days to respond.

I know my DO (Atlanta) can be painfully slow... but since the site said to call after 30 days... ;) Wasn't much good though.
