Congratulations Larisa!!

I pass my interview today. Thank you VJ!!! IO tells me that we have every month Oath ceremony.

First IO asks: "Do you understand The Oath of Allegiance?" (Yes)

Then she asks me to explain this. (Give up loyalty to different countries. Be loyal to the US. Support the Constitution. Serve the US: fight in the US Army or to do noncombatant service.)

She checks very carefully my passports. I don't have any trips.

And tell me give everything what I have to proof my marriage.

Writing and reading test: What state has the most people? California has the most people.

Civics: 1. what is one right or freedom from the First Amendment? (Speech)

2. Who is in charge of the executive branch? (The President)

3. If the President can no longer serve, who becomes President? (The Vice President)

4. There are four amendments to the Constitution about who can vote. Describe one of them. (Citizens 18 and older can vote)

5. What is one reason colonist came to America? (Freedom)

6. During the Cold War, what was the main concern of the United States? (Communism)

First, I was asked to remain standing, raise my right hand, and swear to tell the truth. Then the interviewer asked me to sit down and show him my government issued photo ID, passport, and PR Card. We then proceeded to the civic test and I was asked these questions:

1. The idea of self government is in the first three words of the constitution. What are these words?

2. We elect a U.S representative for how many years?

3. The house of representative has how many voting members?

4. Who is the Chief Justice of the United States now?

5. Who is the "Father of our Country"?

6. Name one war fought byy the US in the 1900s?

Second, Writing and reading test? George Washington was the first President. Then she verified the information on my N-400 application and that was it :yes:! She told me i had passed the interview!

I passed my interview today. The IO was very professional and courteous.

First, I was asked to remain standing, raise my right hand, and swear to tell the truth. Then the interviewer asked me to sit down and show him my government issued photo ID, passport, and PR Card. We then proceeded to the civic test and I was asked these questions:

1. The idea of self government is in the first three words of the constitution. What are these words?

2. We elect a U.S representative for how many years?

3. The house of representative has how many voting members?

4. Who is the Chief Justice of the United States now?

5. Who is the "Father of our Country"?

6. Name one war fought byy the US in the 1900s?

Second, Writing and reading test? George Washington was the first President. Then she verified the information on my N-400 application and that was it :yes:! She told me i had passed the interview!

She showed me the dates available, but it all depends on where the ceremony will be( So I did not pay much attention to it). The waiting room had only 1 other person - it wasn't a busy day form them. I waited for 20 minutes and my interview lasted 20 minutes.
