Did I tell you all I had called the military number and that person that answered the phone was lost. I gave them my A# and it was like I wasn't showing in the system at all. So was asked when I filed my form. I guess they found me then. And I was told that I would be informed when my file got to Germany. I asked them why is it going to Germany at all?? I had understood that the file went from Nebraska to Rome and then on to my local consulate. The person on the phone said no it goes to Germany then Rome then it will go to London.... ??

After that I emailed Rome and London. Rome still hasn't replied, but London did, they said that they had not gotten my file from Rome yet but they would let me know as soon as it arrived to schedule me. We have less than 50 days here now... I don't know why I made things so stressful on myself! lol.

Glad to see others are having progress.

I hear you, many who work at USCIS have no idea what is going on, was that an officer you spoke with?!!!

If not, I would recommend speaking with an officer (tier 1 or 2), the customer representative seriously know no more than what we know from the online case status, actually I think many here know better than them

I see you are eager to get more information, but try to relax if you can, it will take its time and you will get updates soon

Sorry you have to go through this. It really sucks. Worst case scenario the file arrives after you leave, is it possible for the your local field office to transfer it to your new location?

I understand when you say 'I don't know why I made things so stressful on myself' because im in a similar situation. We planned a trip for the whole month of August and yet i still insisted on starting the N400 process

before the trip. i could have waited till September but i just wanted to be done with immigration ASAP. So now im just hoping that my interview gets scheduled in September and not August.

Hang in there, things have a way of working themselves out. There's always a Plan B.
