This thread may be a couple of days early but hey....why not!

I am still waiting for our 2011 tax transcripts from the IRS which will be the last thing to complete my package.

Can not wait for this journey to be OVER.

I am also finally taking my husbands name which will be a huge change for me.

I'm planning to submit first week of June.

Still checking which documents need to be submitted for the 5 year eligibility than the 3 year eligibility.

I have read all the post here looking for cases that is like mine. So far,I only have read one but wants now to be sure If I am right in my checklist.

I am submitting after 3years and from what i have read, you have to submit just a bit more evidence to show proof of your marriage unlike the

Also preparing my package for the N-400. I calculated for early filing and it said June 12, but I am going to give it 2 days and file the 15th so I don't look desperate..(Arggg) :wacko:

I am so anxious for this 3rd step to be over! and I can't wait for my 4th one to be started. It will be to bring my dad over to the states. It has been my plan for so long to have my family finally reunited and can't wait for my dream to come true. It breaks my heart that I couldn't bring my mom. She passed away a year ago, so close to finally being with me. But nonetheless I have to make sure I continue this process to have my dad with me.

  • 11/13/2013 - NOA2 Received. We are approved!!

  • 11/13/2013 - File sent to NVC for processing
  • 12/23/2013 - Case entered
  • 01/09/2013 - DS-261 Choice of Agent sent
  • 01/13/2014 - Paid AOS fees
  • 01/15/2014 - Paid IV fees
  • 01/24/2014 - AOS and IV documents sent
  • 01/27/2014 - AOS and IV documents received at NVC
  • 01/30/2014 - DS-260 completed online
  • 02/21/2014 - Checklist received for missing Austrian police report
  • 02/24/2014 - Checklist received for incorrect information on AOS
  • 05/02/2014 - NVC Document approval, Interview date received
  • 06/12/2014 - Interview Pending!

Count me in too..We have everything ready for this next big step and will absolutely send application first thing next week.

Its so nice to see familiar face ( profiles )that i started this journey with.Unfortunately for me,this will not be the last step as my daughter,s N-600 application is contigent on my N-400.So looking forward to bringing my daughter to live with us.

My application is base on a three year marriage to a US citizen .

Goodluck everyone and hopefully we all have a speady N-400 approval.

Hey guys I sent the documents to Lewisville Tx. and they received them today.Hope will be a fast journey!

hey i did the same yesterday and hopefully my package will be delievered today...

i sent only what they asked for coz i consulted some people and they said only send what they ask and if they need more they will tell you to bring more evidences on interview..

my package was ...

3 years tax transcripts.

two joint bank statements.

our son's birth certificate.
