i filed on dec. 16th and still havent gotten anything yet from USCIS for my next notice of action on what to do. Its going on 6 mon. so just like everybody else said. its going to take at least 6-9 mon to hear anything unless your one of the lucky ones who gets thru fast. good luck on your journey! <3

from what ive heard, "approval" is the longest wait, the rest of the process should be going fast.

12/23/2011 - Married In Philippines
01/05/2012 - Returned to HAWAII

02/02/2012 - I-130 Sent (USPS)
02/05/2011 - Package arrived at chicago lockbox
02/06/2012 - NOA1
02/09/2012 - Received NOA1 797c form via usps
05/31/2012 - I-130 Approved (checked status online)
06/04/2012 - Received NOA2 hardcopy via usps

06/25/2012 - NVC received from USCIS
06/27/2012 - Received Case# & IID via phone
06/27/2012 - Emailed DS-3032 to NVC/automated response received
07/06/2012 - NVC rejected DS-3032 email, Called NVC (because my case has not yet been stored in their system)

We can't really predict approval notice. For some get processed fast while others wait so long. We all wait to be with our loved ones so eagerly.

you could always try to expedite your case HERE, its a 50/50 chance, but if you have supporting Documentation to support your request wouldn't hurt to try
