Joker, it means 'you sit and wait'. If all you are waiting for is the swearing ceremony, there is nothing else to do.

you where arrested, you had your interview passed,but is being held up for more review, naturalization is still pending for the oath ceremory.you may have to use a immigration lawyer after 90 days of interview,

Just ask them to transfer you to the level 2 officer. If they refuse, insist. Talking to the people who initially pick up the phone is useless, as you already know.

I did try that before and they told me to call back after 90 but i just rather go on a infopass next week will see what happens then....

Did the level 2 officer say that?

If so, I think you can go with an infopass. Good luck, I hope you get it done soon.
