Most K-1 folks doing adjustment of status don't get interviews if they are transferred to CSC. Not everyone gets transfer and some people still get the interviews. Maybe Immigration doesn't think they need to be interviewed twice? :huh:

Pretty sure Trefle isn't K-1 but I could be wrong.

Yeah that's what I thought.

Malagasy is probably in for the long waiting period at CSC then.

Hope everything works out though...

Hey guys, just watched good day new york and saw this news "THOUSANDS TO APPLY TO WORK LEGALLY IN U.S. " , i wonder why theres alot of delay on our application... smh.. :angry:

Me and my husband watched that news last night...I'm like now i know why theres too much delay and waiting...they only have to pay like 500 i think but for us we paid more than 10000 bucks for all of this to be legal :unsure:

They just approved for them to start sending the applications barely yesterday... they haven't even received the applications since it take at least 3 days for them to accept them ... I honestly don't think any past delays have to do with this change...At lest not yet...

People who was brought here as a minor will pay only 500 because they will only be able to work and drive legally... (They won't be able to travel like us).... As of now I just feel good that I filed before this big change... :thumbs:

Just received my interview hard copy in the mail. The notice date is August 13th, the same day I called to inquire about my case. I guess calling them sounding all pitiful helps..:) So its going down Sept 18th at 9:30am. :)

Just got my EAD card.. Seems like it's the same thing for AP, on the bottom there was a line saying that it is for advanced parole too

Honestly I'm more surprised they did not always do that. Just makes sense to me.

After my green card went into production it went back to decision....is this normal? I'm getting worried.

I wouldn't worry too much. A quick search on the forums that lots of people had the same thing happen to them. Generally it meant they had mailed out the card. :)

Arent you adjusting from K-1? That would be the reason why your case was transfered to CSC. Most likely you wont have an interview.
