Wow, there's a lot of you to congratulate for EAD approvals and interview dates! That's awesome! I hope to get mine any day now.

And talking about jobs, I got officially one this morning! Waiting for them to tell me when will be the start date, most likely early October. Pay is not wonderful, but it will be an interesting job right in the field I went to school for, so it will be perfect for me for now! They told me to let them know for my EAD but we're not too worried, since I won't be working before approximately 2 months.

May 16th 2012: I 485, I 765, I 131 send by USPS priority mail at the Chicago lockbox

May 18th 2012: AOS received and signed by D.Colonna at 2:18pm at Chicago

June 4th 2012: got my all package return, restarting from level zero again :((((

June 6th 2012 Wednesday (day 0): Info pass and resend the whole package by USPS express mail at the chicago lockbox

Hey @Angeltots! thank you! Korek k jan, God is working in a shocking and a better way... I am just asking for the approval of my EAD, instead of EAD he gave an interview date! So happy, im now workin with our joint stuff cos we never have any of those hehe.. :)

since we don't have EAD yet we cannot have that much joint stuff

-Health insurance

-Life insurance

-Time Warner bill

-pics of us and with in laws

-bday cards from each other and in-laws

-receipts of gift and furniture

-facebook print out

I hope this stuff can help me..but above all FAITH in our GOD:-)

Hehe i think u have enough not like me... im totally in trouble if we dont get this done before interview, also i hope we get approval of our ead cos thats the only key to get everything done.

I believe IO will understand that we cant have that joint stuff if we dont have SSN

It just happened that I got dependent ID card(husband is US Army)

but well dont worry you have a live proof..your daughter :thumbs:

Today marks 60 days since my package was received. Should I be calling them at this point or just continue waiting?

In the free consultation we had with a good lawyer (another friend actually hired him and had a successful AOS) we heard that the EAD typically takes ~70 days. The interview notice comes around the same time but could be a little later. On this site I've heard that if you don't get anything around the 90 day mark, the USCIS will expedite the process if you call them. I would say, wait another 10 days (until day 70) and then call.

The lady from the USCIS I talked to on the phone the other day said that at 75 days we should know if our EAD is accepted or not. And I've read that if you don't get anything after 90 days, then you can start worrying.
