Hello all nice to e-meet you!

I skimmed through most of the 11 pages and apparently I'm the first one stuck with an RFE :( (Anyone out there gone through successful RFE steps?)

I've been going through my copies of the packages and I honestly can't think of what could have been missed... and since they don't tell you in the email I'm now stuck waiting until I get the hardcopy to get a better idea of what else is required...

I've seen in other thread that most RFE are for taxes. Did you put it all in your package? Last 3 years?

April 3rd 2012: I 130 send to Chicago

May 16th 2012: I 485, I 765, I 131 send by USPS priority mail at the Chicago lockbox

May 18th 2012: AOS received and signed by D.Colonna at 2:18pm at Chicago

June 4th 2012: got my all package return, restarting from level zero again :((((

June 6th 2012 Wednesday (day 0): Info pass and resend the whole package by USPS express mail at the chicago lockbox

June 7th 2012 Thursday (day 1) : package received and signed by Arturo B at 11:45 am

June 19th 2012 Tuesday (day 12): text notification that application was received by USCIS

June 20th 2012 Wednesday (day 13): check was cashed

Just checking in on advice from another member here. Sent my packets in via FedEx to the Chicago Lock Box on the 26th of June. Hoping things go ok for us. If you haven't read my story take a minute to read my last thread in the main forum. I'm freaking out so badly right now and just trying to get through this wait. I wish you all the best and hope this goes quickly for all of us.

May 2009: Started talking on a forum online

June 2010: Met in person in Toronto Canada

April 2011: Proposed in Toronto (she accepted!)

September 2011: Last entry into the US (Michigan)

November 2011: Married in Michigan

6/26/12 Sent in I-130 and I-485 packets to Chicago Lock Box

6/27/12 Package delivered to Lock Box (FedEx tracking confirms)

7/02/12 NOA1 email and text message

7/03/12 Checks cashed for I-130 and I-485

Thanks my friend. It's nice to have some one to talk to. I think I'll be fine, just so nervous the last couple days after sending the packet. Doesn't help that I have anxiety (clinical). Makes this 10x worse for me!

K-1 VISA filed AOS on june 21, 2012 :) the USPS website says USCIS got my package on June 23, so i am still waiting for an email or a text

May 10 2011: He came to Ecuador to met me in person (He made a promise to marry me)

June 18 2011: Send I-129F

June 25 2011: NOA1

November 23 2011: Proposed in Guayaquil, in a magical place (I totally accepted!)

November 23 2011: RFE (for the passport style pics)

January 22 2012: they resent the RFE we had a problem with the mail

January 25 2012: We send the RFE

March 01 2012: Approved

April 11 2012: Interview (APPROVED) I was crying and laughing at the same time

April 24 2012: POE Miami

May 11, 2012: Finally married to my handsome baby

I never had to wait like this before so it's definitely an experience.... :):innocent::)

Same for me I will just wait until Monday July 9th, no early walk in because it will be stressful and not necessarily faster :thumbs:
