06.08.12 - AOS mailed
09.18.12 - Interview.....Approved!!

ROC- Divorce Waiver
05/09/14- I-751 packet mailed to CSC
05/12/14- NOA1 Receipt date
07/01/14- Biometrics Appt

08/11/14- RFE received

09/08/14- RFE response received by USCIS

09/22/14- 10yrs GC Approved!!

Just got told today that my GC is in the mail! Much sooner than expected. No Interview. Got transferred to CSC and already approved. I had been expecting a long wait. :thumbs:

Congratulations!! Maybe CSC will finally start approving the older I-485's since they're are no longer transferring to CSC and now will be doing all from the NBC.

Congratulations!! Maybe CSC will finally start approving the older I-485's since they're are no longer transferring to CSC and now will be doing all from the NBC.

yes. I asked my mother to send me a fax saying how sick she is and a prescription from the doctor and I had the airplane ticket copy so he just told me he would try to get it.

5 minutes later he came back with a stamp... I won't stress if I get a green card soon the stamp expires in a yr...lol

I received 2 text messages that I am now approved I-130 & I-485 approved and that they sent me the notice in the mail.

going home in 2 days for 10 days and coming back to leave the 31ST to Colombia Bogota... God is great. we where not asked one question about our marriage or if I EWI.

Ok I think we're finally going to call them and ask for an expedite because we still don't have an interview. I noticed that the timelines have now been altered to show 5 months as the processing time for I485s...

Hello Guys!

After four months of waiting, my husband and I are finally having our interview tomorrow in Downtown Los Angeles.

Any tips you could give us? What are the questions like?

Also, one of the things we need to bring as stated on the notice is a letter of employment and pay stubs for the last 2 months. My dad co-sponsored for us. I've asked him for these but he hasn't given them to me yet and I don't think he'll be able to give them to us tonight. If we don't bring them to the interview, what will happen? By the way, I have a copy of his W2's and ITR's for 2009, 2010 and 2011. Would that be sufficient for now?

All of your comments, tips and suggestions are highly appreciated.
