That's not true. It depends on what status you adjusting from

Only K1 could be possibly transfer to CSC without interview. Everybody else will and must have an interview to be approved.

Whoops - silly me... sorry for the confusion.

Hi June AOS Filers!

I'm just wondering if anyone here is from Los Angeles area who can tell me how many weeks/months after doing biometrics will someone receive their interview notice or EAD.

My husband did his biometrics last July 31st. It's exactly four weeks today and we haven't gotten anything yet. I've been looking at people's timeline from other states and cities and they happened to have at least received an interview notice already even if they've done their biometrics later than 07/31.

Has LA been this slow since then? Any comments is greatly appreciated.

Yes L.A is the slowest...good thing I landed in Santa Ana

most of June Filers with L.A local office still waiting for EAD and interview...be more patient

Seems like LA is really slow these days. Thank you for responding. My husband is actually very patient about this. I'm the one being paranoid and impatient. :D

Today is the last chance of research for me! ..i got an insider scoop that it's not the answers in the interview that matters, is the way you interact with each other as you answer that they pay attention to. :wink:

Men take things too easy I been going crazy with the whole process :bonk: .

BTW... I have not received anything since 7/13 :crying: so I made an infopass for 9/10.

You guys think is too late to ask for an Advance Parole? We have a trip to Colombia for 10/31. Hubby thought it would take to the most 90-120 days but we don't know what to think any more.... :angry:

Would it be a good Idea to take an AP application just in case they don't have an interview date for us? (we will take airplane tickets that hubby bought 2 months ago).

Maybe that will make them get to touch our application :blink:
