I've recently seen the first February petitions popping up on Igor's list. In addition, I checked the 50 WAC case numbers before mine at USCIS.gov and two February 6th petitions were approved on Friday.

This is it people, the CSC has finally began adjudicating non-expedited February I-130s!!

This coming week we probably won't see too many Feb NOA2s as they're still working on December and January as well, but according to USCIS.gov, the CSC is in high gear, approving a lot of petitions. However, the vast majority of us should have our NOA2s in June, hopefully first part of June.

Let's keep in touch and keep updated!

If you go up to 'Immigration Timelines' and then click 'Igor's List' on the right hand side, it'll give you NOA1 and NOA2 dates for all VJ members. You can then track how many VJ members receive their NOA2 each day, and what their NOA1 date was.

(You won't see all members' NOA2s because not all members update their timelines.)

Either way, it's an excellent tool in trying to make sense of the age old question "what date are they working on?"

I hope this thread too can give fellow CSC Feb filers a slight indication as to what they can expect :)

what about VERMONT????

There's an own thread for Feb filers at VSC I think. I care about you guys too lol, but since the processing times are different at CSC and VSC it makes sense to have separate threads for each service center as you can't base one on the other.

My husband filed on February 6th and we just got approved. No RFE as we expected. Made our day : )

My wife filed on February 6th and we just got approved. No RFE! Made our day :)

So it looks like either

1. Our files were in the same box, or

2. They're working on Feb files!
